PBG (Persetujuan Bangunan Gedung) – Building Approval
This is the primary “license to build” required before starting any construction, renovation, or expansion
SLF (Sertifikat Laik Fungsi) – Certificate of Functionality
A mandatory certificate issued after construction is complete, proving the building is safe and ready for occupancy
SBKBG (Surat Bukti Kepemilikan Bangunan Gedung)
Assisting clients in obtaining the legal document that proves building ownership, separate from the land title
Pre-Requisite & Supporting Permits
Before a PBG can be issued, several other “basic requirements” must be met, which you can offer as a bundle.
- KKPR (Kesesuaian Kegiatan Pemanfaatan Ruang): Ensuring the project aligns with local spatial planning and zoning.
- Environmental Approvals: Securing necessary Environmental Documents (SPPL, UKL-UPL, or AMDAL) required for building permits.
- Andalalin (Traffic Impact Assessment): Conducting studies for large developments that significantly affect public traffic
